The next phase of the Cornerstone of Recovery journey…
For nearly a decade, we have been working toward finding the right opportunity to consolidate our campuses and increase our capacity. Though the process has been long and tenuous with a few false starts, we are confident that we’ve landed exactly where we are supposed to be and we are excited to be realizing our dreams.
In 2010, after years of looking for the right property, we purchased 17+ acres on Alcoa Hwy that we had been leasing for 8 years for our Intensive Outpatient Program and Supportive Living Community.
In 2012, we built a 15,000+ sqft state of the art Fitness Center on the property as the first phase of our campus development plan. In 2013, we purchased an adjacent 5+ acres which allowed us the space we needed to maximize the use of the property as a whole. In September 2015, we broke ground on two buildings, a residential lodge and a treatment building, that will become home to all of our residential patients and our supportive living community. We will continue to operate our facility located at 1214 Topside Road and it will serve our Medical Detox and Assessment patients along with a medical and behavioral health clinic. When the construction dust is settled, we will occupy over 142,000 sqft of space that is all specifically tailored toward delivering the best treatment experience in America. We have known for a long time that our Clinical Programming is among the best in the world and now we will have the Facilities to match.
We are grateful to our staff, our referrals sources, our community, and most importantly our patients and their families for allowing us the opportunity to serve. We look forward to providing services and hope to people struggling with addiction for many years to come.
