Alcohol & Drug Rehab That Takes Aetna Health Insurance Louisville KY

Louisville Alcohol Drug Rehab Takes Aetna Health Insurance
If you're in need of treatment for an alcohol and drug problem in Louisville, there's help in Louisville — Tennessee, that is.

Cornerstone of Recovery is a nationally respected drug and alcohol treatment center located in Louisville, Tennessee, a suburb of Knoxville, that for three decades has treated thousands of addicts and alcoholics from across the country — including many from the Louisville, Kentucky, area. Because of our longevity and our reputation, we've cultivated close working relationships with most major commercial and private insurance providers, which means that if you're in need of addiction or alcoholism treatment in the Louisville area, and you're insured through Aetna, you have a bed waiting for you at Cornerstone.

Here, we'll start you out in our Medical Detox program, where for 3 to 5 days you'll be slowly, safely and comfortably withdrawn from the drugs and alcohol that have made your life miserable. Then, we'll place you into one of our four residential inpatient treatment programs: Newcomers, for individuals who are seeking help for the first time; Recovery Renewal, designed to give those with previous rehab experience a path out of the revolving door of relapse; Young Adult, a vibrant program for men ages 18 to 26; and our unique Women's Only Program, an exclusively female treatment track. All patients will receive one-on-one counseling and immersive peer support therapy via 12 Step groups, therapeutic lectures and educational talks that provide them with the knowledge they need to understand addiction and alcoholism, as well as new coping skills and recovery tools to overcome them. We employ both traditional, time-honored methods that have proven effective, as well as evidence-based psycho-therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy and more, all of which help deconstruct the root causes of addiction and alcoholism and address them head-on.

In addition, we provide physical exercise in our state-of-the-art fitness center; Activity Therapy that will involve time on our on-campus ropes course; psychiatric services for those in need of dual diagnosis treatment for co-occurring mental health problems; family therapy to help heal the broken bonds in the family dynamic; and much, much more. We do it all from the comfort of a modern, 25-acre campus onto which we moved in 2017, making us one of the largest residential treatment providers in Tennessee. At the same time, those who come to us from Louisville to use their Aetna benefits will find that the individualized care they receive is without parallel. At Cornerstone of Recovery, our goal isn't to give you your life back — it's to help you discover a whole new one.

Learn More About Cornerstone of Recovery

What Is Involved With The Alcoholism Treatment Programs?

Getting clean and sober at Cornerstone of Recovery is unlike any journey a struggling addict or alcoholic will undertake. It's a big step to leave Louisville, even if Cornerstone is in network with your Aetna insurance plan, and come to East Tennessee to get better. No one is enthusiastic about embarking on a journey of sobriety at a drug and alcohol rehab — we know this from personal experience, because the majority of our staff members are in recovery themselves. Because of that experience, however, we can say with complete confidence that sobriety is the best gift we could have ever given ourselves, and to give you an opportunity to achieve the same here at Cornerstone is an honor we don't undertake lightly.

Newcomers Inpatient Program

If you're just coming to terms with a drug and alcohol problem, you may feel overwhelmed. How did this happen? When did you lose control? Why did you lose control? There's a lot to understand about addiction and alcoholism, and that's where our Newcomers Program comes in: We'll educate you about those illnesses, as well as teaching you ways to heal from them via a time-tested recovery process.

Recovery Renewal Inpatient Program

In our Recovery Renewal Program, those who have been to drug and alcohol treatment in the past but have been unable to remain sober will be given a new lease on recovery. No matter how many time you've been to rehab or how many white chips you've picked up, we'll dust you off, help you dig down and work beside you on those issues and challenges that have prevented you from getting sober and staying that way.

Young Adult Inpatient Program

If you're an 18- to 26-year-old guy coming to terms with a drug and alcohol problem, the idea of getting clean and sober may seem like a pointless endeavor. And even if it's something you want, doing so alongside dudes two or three times your age may seem ludicrous. That's why we have a unique Young Adult Program, so those young men can recover together, discover that it's actually a beneficial life change and look ahead to a productive future.

Women Only Inpatient Program

If you're a woman emerging from the misery of addiction and alcoholism, no doubt you've endured different experiences than your male counterparts. Processing and healing from those experiences may seem frightening; doing it around men who may remind you of what you endured may make it seem impossible. That's why, in our unique Women's Only Program, you'll be surrounded by other recovering women who shelter, protect, nurture and encourage you.

If you're wanting to stay on the road to permanent recovery from alcoholism and addiction, choosing to use your Aetna benefits at Cornerstone of Recovery, where you can travel to from Louisville in less than four hours, is just the first step. After residential inpatient, we'll help you determine whether you're ready to return home to Louisville, or if you could benefit from enrolling in our Intensive Outpatient Program, which involves eight additional weeks of classes and therapy for several hours a day while you stay in our Sober Living community and slowly begin to acclimate back into the "real" world. It's not mandatory, but in our experience, we've found that it often gives those desperate to stay clean and sober for the rest of their lives the best chance to do so.
